Terms of Service
Last updated 5 September 2026. These terms govern your use of the Wise Cleaner website, Wise Cleaner desktop application, WISEWIZARD Shield, and Wise Uninstaller.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or installing Wise Cleaner, WISEWIZARD Shield, or Wise Uninstaller, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or software.
2. License to use the software
Subject to these terms and the plan you select on the Pricing page, Wise Wizard Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application you purchased on the number of devices permitted by that plan, for as long as your subscription or free license remains active. Wise Cleaner Professional, WISEWIZARD Shield Platinum, and Uninstaller Pro are separate products with separate keys.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or use Wise Wizard Solutions software to build a competing product, and not to use the software in a way that violates applicable law or interferes with another person's use of their device.
4. Feature availability
Capabilities described as live on this site match the current public installers (Wise Cleaner 1.4.3 and Uninstaller 1.0.1). WISEWIZARD Shield Platinum licenses are sold now; the Shield installer is published on the Download page only once it exists — buying a license today does not mean the installer is available yet. File Shredder, Registry Cleaner, One-Click Repair and scheduled scans are coming soon and are not included today. We may change the scope, timeline or design of unreleased features before they ship.
5. No warranty
Wise Wizard Solutions software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we design every scan, cleanup and repair action to be conservative and to require confirmation (see our Safety approach), we cannot guarantee that any specific system change will be free of unintended effects on every hardware and software configuration.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wise Wizard Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or software, including data loss that results from a system-level change you chose to apply.
7. Subscription, billing and cancellation
Paid Wise Cleaner Professional, WISEWIZARD Shield Platinum, and Uninstaller Pro licenses are purchased through automated PayPal checkout on this site. Wise Cleaner Professional is $200.00/year for 1 PC; multi-PC plans are discounted with published 1-5 PC plans. Shield Platinum is $169.99 per year for 1 PC. Uninstaller Pro is $99 per year for 1 PC. Custom checkout is for Wise Wizard Solutions services and receipts and does not issue a software key. See Pricing and the Refund Policy.
8. Termination
You may stop using Wise Wizard Solutions software and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to paid features if these terms are violated, with notice where practical.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
