Make sure your PC is ready before you install.
Wise Cleaner, WISEWIZARD Shield Platinum, and Wise Uninstaller all target the same modest Windows hardware — here's what they need.

| Free disk space | 500 MB for installation | 1 GB, to allow room for scan caches |
| Display | 1280 × 720 | 1920 × 1080 or higher |

| .NET runtime | Installed automatically by setup if missing | Kept up to date via Windows Update |
Administrator access
Most Wise Cleaner modules — PC Health Scan, Cleanup, Startup Manager, Storage Analysis — run as a standard user. Windows Repair needs an administrator prompt via UAC because it runs real Windows tools (SFC, DISM, chkdsk). Driver Health is a Pro inventory of installed drivers; it does not download or install driver updates, and it does not need admin for updates that do not exist. WISEWIZARD Shield always runs as administrator, since it manages Windows Defender, Firewall and Task Scheduler directly — Windows will prompt for elevation every time it starts.
Internet connection
A connection is only needed for installation, license activation and update checks. Core diagnostic scanning and cleanup run entirely offline once installed.
